At Divora Bakes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are freshly baked and perishable, we follow a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
No Returns on Perishable Goods
Cakes, cookies, breads, pastries, and other baked goods cannot be returned once delivered for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received an incorrect item
Your order was incomplete or missing items
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a quality issue with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details and images. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
Slight design or colour variations
Taste preferences
An incorrect address was provided by the customer
Failed delivery due to the recipient’s unavailability
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are generally not allowed. If cancellation is approved in exceptional cases, a deduction may apply.
